This weekend, two of the NFC's top contenders, the Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions clash in a pivotal matchup. Both teams have three wins through five weeks, but the Lions will be well-rested after a bye, while the Cowboys are coming off a hard-fought win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Jared Goff, known for being more comfortable at home, has still managed to win 11 of his last 15 road games, making Detroit a formidable opponent on the road. Dallas will need to be at their best to avoid slipping to a .500 record again, as the Lions pose a significant threat with their balanced offence and fresh legs.

After starting the season strong, the Buffalo Bills have faltered in Weeks 4 and 5, dropping to 3-2 ahead of a critical divisional matchup against the New York Jets on Monday Night Football. The Bills still lead the AFC East, but their offense has struggled recently, particularly in the absence of key receiver Khalil Shakir. With Mack Hollins, Keon Coleman, and Curtis Samuel proving insufficient in helping Josh Allen carry the offense, the Bills face a tough challenge, especially against the Jets’ talented secondary.
